In 2016, Italy will hold a place of honour during IMD, since the 24th General Conference will be held in Milan from the 3 to 9 July, 2016.

On this occasion, the theme of the year will be the same for ICOM General Conference and International Museum Day : “Museums and Cultural Landscapes” .
